Robertshaw G.S. Gas Thermostat
A snap acting hydraulic thermostat used to provide temperature control by interrupting gas flow to the burner.
- For fryers – 200°C
- Snap acting from “OFF” to full gas flow. Appliance will not require bypass adjustments
- Adequate capacity for small size to counter-top appliances
- Applicable to use with high capacity gas operated diaphragm valves
- Adapts to limited mounting space
