The ACK Multi-Purpose Dim Sum Steamer Range features a unique design that works very efficiently in using less than half of normal gas consumption to produce a maximum amount of steam in a faster time – preparing foods from frozen to served in approximately 7 minutes. Ideal for restaurants preparing Dim Sum, Rice Roll/Chung Fung dishes to an excellent standard. The steamer units are compact in size which makes them suitable to be fitted inside smaller kitchens. It is recommended to install a water softener in ‘hard water’ areas.
